Congratulations Asma!
It gives us great pleasure to announce that the Carer of the month for July 2018 is Asma Shah!
Asma has been with Bluebird care Solihull for little under 1 year and we have seen Asma’s confidence and skills grow massively over this time. Asma has excellent communication skills and she always reports any concerns to us straight away with no delay. Asma is a very popular member of the team and we regularly receive positive feedback from her customers and from colleagues.
Asma has also helped out a lot recently due to high levels of sickness and annual leave which we are very grateful for.
