A big CONGRATULATIONS to Hayley Lovatt who is our Bluebird Care Solihull 'Care Assistant of the Year' for 2017!
Hayley has been a fantastic mentor to our new employees over the year and we have received nothing but praise and positive feedback from new care assistants which have been out on the community shadowing Hayley.
We asked for input this year not only from the office team, but our care assistant team and from the customers themselves, resulting in us receiving a high number of nominations for Hayley from colleagues and customers.
Well done Hayley, you really are a huge asset to the team.
