Alzheimer's Society deliver dementia awareness talk

Bluebird Care Solihull were excited to receive a visit from the Alzheimer's Society on Tuesday 19th September as part of this year's Alzheimer's Awareness Month.
Bluebird Care Solihull were excited to receive a visit from the Alzheimer's Society on Tuesday 19th September as part of this year's Alzheimer's Awareness Month.
Our care assistants took part in a dementia awareness talk with Sam Bradley, a dementia support worker for the Alzheimer's Society, which resulted in our care assistants becoming Dementia Friends.
All of the care assistants that took part in the talk commented that they thoroughly enjoyed it and found it to be very interesting, thus furthering skills and knowledge in this area.
