Judy Makes An Incredible Difference!
We have recently launched our #MakeADifference campaign, where we are raising awareness of the difference that a career in care can make to the lives of our customers and how rewarding it is for our incredible Care Assistants. Our goal is to also celebrate those who are part of our team and we recently spent some time with our longest standing Care Assistant, Judy, who has been part of the team since 2015.

Launching Our Joining Bonus & Refer A Friend Scheme!
We are excited to be launching two new schemes that will have a very positive benefit to our team! This is our joining bonus and refer a friend scheme. These two schemes aim to reward our hard working care staff who recommend us to a friend as well as the friend when they join our team.

Supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 2018
Bluebird Care is supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 2018, an annual campaign run by the Mental Health Foundation, between 14-20 May. The Mental Health Foundation is a charity which aims to improve the lives of those with mental health problems.

Sylvia's Story
We have an absolutely fantastic team of Care Assistants here at Bluebird Care. Our staff are of all ages and we recently caught up with Sylvia, who is one of our oldest members of staff. Sylvia is often the only person our customers may see during the day and her customers often become like members of her extended family.
