Launching Our Joining Bonus & Refer A Friend Scheme!

We are excited to be launching two new schemes that will have a very positive benefit to our team! This is our joining bonus and refer a friend scheme. These two schemes aim to reward our hard working care staff who recommend us to a friend as well as the friend when they join our team.
We are excited to be launching two new schemes that will have a very positive benefit to our team!This is our joining bonus and refer a friend scheme. These two schemes aim to reward our hard working care staff who recommend us to a friend as well as the friend when they join our team.
Our refer a friend scheme is a bonus of £300, paid to each staff member who refers a friend to join our team after they complete their three month probation and our joining bonus is £100 paid to each new member of staff as a well done when they pass their three month probation.
