Supervisor Paula on her 2 years

Paula was a very experienced Care worker when she came to Bluebird Care, but the way we operate is very different to what she was used to.

Paula has worked in Care for a number of years.  It is evidently in her blood as her daughter too, also works in Care.  She came to us with a vast amount of experience in Care delivery, but the manner in which we look out for our team is something she had not previously experienced.
