Our Compassionate Staff Gain Outstanding CQC Rating

We are delighted that our Plymouth team have received an "Outstanding" rating in the Caring category of the CQC inspection.
The result came after a nerve-wracking two day inspection, where the team worked hard to achieve top marks.

The Care Quality Commission rates health and social services on five key categories; Caring, effective, responsive, safe and well-led. Over the two days, they interviewed employees, customers and industry professionals, and looked through piles of paperwork.

When the report returned, the Plymouth team were elated to see that their incredible effort in the Caring category have been recognised as "Outstanding", and the remaining categories have been recognised as "Good".

The report states:
