We aim to put care in place as quickly as possible, depending on your individual situation and needs. We take time to understand what’s required—because getting it right matters more than rushing.
Yes. All of our community carers are directly employed, trained and supported by us—we don’t rely on agencies for this type of care. For live-in care, we may occasionally work with trusted agency professionals depending on specific requirements, but training, quality and standards are always closely managed by our team.
Yes, we specialise in privately funded home care. This allows us to maintain consistency, continuity and a higher standard of care. If you have funded care provision do get in touch so that we can help you understand the options available, we know it is often confusing and complicated but we have the expertise to guide you.
Our pricing is clear and transparent. We offer hourly rates for weekday and weekend care, as well as tailored pricing for live-in care where needed. Our weekday hourly rate is £39, and live-in care signature rate is £1500 per week.
Absolutely. We understand that care often comes at a time when family roles are shifting, and that can feel overwhelming. We’re always at the end of the phone if you need to talk things through, and you’re very welcome to visit us at the office or meet in person if you’d prefer.
