Thank You Thursdays: Sandra

Thursday 26th August 2021. We are passionate about providing high quality care which means that we have to have high quality carers, and this month we want to show our appreciation.

To celebrate the excellent care that our carers provide, we wanted to show our appreciation. During the month of August, each week we announced the winner on our Facebook page. So many of our carers go above and beyond, holding Thank You Thursdays really highlighted that. 

This week Sandra K was our winner and she chose a day out at the zoo with her daughter. Sandra has been with Bluebird for almost 2 years now, she is a wonderfully reliable and hard working carer. She has never let us down and always helps out wherever she can. Thank you Sandra for everything you do!

Making sure that our carers feel valued for the incredible and emotionally demanding service they provide is so important. They really do go above and beyond, the need for care never stops, so our carers have to be available on weekends, holidays and birthdays.
