I just wanted to say how very grateful I am to you for all of the hard work, time and effort that you have put into mums case. DH

Firstly I would like to express my most sincere thanks to you for providing such an excellent and responsive service to CT and his partner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was exceptional the support that you were willing to provide at such short notice and at the most difficult time of year to commission care – thanks so much. DN CHC

Our Bluebird care workers were unfailingly attentive, compassionate and gentle. Mum really felt that she received a personal service. I truly do not know what I would have done without your caring support and assistance and wish you all the best for the future.

I don't know how we would have managed without your care workers. Not only did they care for Dad, but for me too. Every one of them was professional and caring and kind and completely trustworthy. I felt complete confidence in the care they gave to him.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the effort and attention that you exercised to ensure my mother was safe and comfortable. Certainly, this often went beyond what had been originally contracted.

If there was a problem you always made contact and immediately made me aware of any care concerns that had manifested. This was much appreciated. I hope very much that I can find opportunities to publicise your services.
