This week must be a lucky one for us here Bluebird Care Gravesham & Dartford because we have another work anniversary to celebrate!
This time, we must extend our congratulations to our Care Supervisor Tracey, who has now been with us for two years.
Personable and lovely, Tracey is incredibly passionate about people. This is one of the factors that first attracted her to her a role in care. She started with us as a Care Assistant before quickly progressing onto the position of Care Supervisor.
Tracey thrives in her role and loves the interaction that she has with the customers, both in their homes and on day trips out.
Care Manager Denise extended her congratulations and said:
It’s always so lovely to see someone take to their job role so naturally, and with so much passion. Tracey is certainly someone who will always go the extra mile for our customers!
As well as being a integral part of the customers day, Tracey excels as a motivator and role model to other members of staff.
She has an open-door policy throughout Bluebird Care Gravesham & Dartford and flourishes at the opportunity to invest in and help our Care Assistants build their careers in care.
