Clare

Operations Director

With over 14 years experience in healthcare, Clare brings a wealth of experience to the Gravesham & Dartford team.

Before working in care, Clare worked in retail and decided to transition because of the positive work life balance a career in care gave. Clare's first position was as a Community Care Worker, during which time she completed her NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Following this, Clare gained experience as a Care Worker in residential, nursing, hospice and supported living settings before progressing onto a role as a Risk Assessor for a London based care company.

Clare first joined us as a Care Supervisor and worked in the positions Registered Care Manager at our Maidstone and Gravesham & Dartford Offices along with Training Manager before leading the operational side of the business as operations Manager and then Operations Director.

Clare is passionate about delivering quality homecare services and developing high quality standards. She believes in investing in each individual team member and providing the support they need to progress in their roles.

Zoe

Operations Manager

Zoe worked as an Activities Coordinator and studied a degree in law before joining the Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells team. Now as Operations Manager, Zoe is responsible for overseeing the outstanding service our staff provide to our customers.

She enjoys her role because of the way that she is able to work closely with our staff and takes great satisfaction from the development of her teams.

In particular, Zoe enjoys her role because of the way she knows that she is making a difference to the lives of our customers.

Denise

Care Manager

Denise wanted to work in a caring role since she was a child and supported a local lady as a private carer before joining the Bluebird Care Team.

As mother to five children, Denise has over 25 years experience in a caring role and joined the Bluebird Care Gravesham & Dartford Team over six years ago because of the flexibility the role offered.

Denise joined the team in the role of Care Assistant and progressed onto working as a Care Supervisor then Care Coordinator prior to her appointment as Care Manager.

Denise has an NVQ level 3 in Health & Social care and believes that your sole motivation to working in care must be a passion for people and making a difference to their lives.

Denise is particularly passionate about investing in her team and continuing to strive to deliver a leading, premium, homecare service in the local community.

Stacie

Care Coordinator

Stacie chose to start her career in healthcare in 2018 and prior to joining the Bluebird Care team, she gained experience working as a Community Care Assistant for a different provider.

Stacey joined the Bluebird Care team out of a desire to further her career within healthcare and wanted to work for a provider with a great reputation.

In her spare time she enjoys eating out, going to the cinema and generally chilling out!

Joanne

Care Supervisor

Joanne started her career in care as a Community Care Assistant because of the flexibility it provided. She found that the role was incredibly rewarding!

Before joining the Bluebird Care team, Joanne was Assistant Manager in a care home and has also gained her NVQ level three in Health & Social Care.

Joanne loves the way that her role with Bluebird Care gives her the opportunity to have such variety and put a big smile on people's faces!

Tracey

Care Supervisor

Tracey was attracted to a role in healthcare because she is incredibly passionate about people. She started with us as a Care Assistant before progressing onto the position of Care Supervisor.

Tracey loves the interaction that she has with our customers as well as the opportunity to invest in and help our Care Assistants build their careers in care.

She is proud to work for a leading provider of homecare and in particular, passionate about helping our customers remain at home for as long as possible.
