Whilst Bluebird Care East Staffs and South Derbyshire has an excellent reputation in the local community, we recognise that we are only ever as good as our customers say we are.

In November 2022 we sent out our Annual Satisfaction Surveys to all our customers and we are thrilled to have received a response rate of 79%.  We are always seeking ways to improve and perfect what we do and conducting our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is one way of measuring what our customers really think.

For two consecutive years Bluebird Care East Staffs & South Derbyshire have been recognised as one of the TOP 20 Homecare Providers within the West Midlands and our survey results underpin this achievement as 100% of our customers said they feel their independence is promoted and they are fully in control of your care and support.

A high number of customers also individually acknowledged specific care staff. Our customers felt that those individuals deserved special recognition and we have passed on these lovely comments to the staff.
