Viktorija was recently observed during a care visit as part of our monthly competency checks. During the observation, Viktorija was witnessed delivering person-centred care to the customer. L.Hawksworth described the care she witnessed as
EXCELLENT, Viktorija really took her time and gave the customer her undivided attention, I really feel Viktorija deserves employee of the month recognition.
