We are so proud to have had 3 of our fantastic Bluebird Care team members nominated for the Staffordshire Dignity Awards.
Yesterday our team attended the Staffordshire Dignity in Care Awards, an event where true heroes were given the recognition they deserve, for their contributions to the care and support provided to adults within Staffordshire. We were delighted to have 3 nominees across 3 categories:
Newcomer to Care Dignity Champion – Evette Jones
Registered Manager Dignity Champion – Vicki Jones
Community Service Dignity Champion - Kirsty Goddard
Our Care Assistant Evette Jones received the Highly Commended Award for the Newcomer to Care, and we couldn’t be prouder.
This was such a special event, it’s a real privilege to be part of the Bluebird Care family. Thank you to my manager Vicki Jones for nominating me and to Staffordshire County Council for such a lovely and entertaining afternoon.

It was such an honour to attend this inspirational and truly uplifting event. Hearing people’s personal nominations was so humbling and emotional, we are so fortunate that we have such amazing people working in the Social Care Sector throughout Staffordshire. For a member of my own team to be Highly Commended was the cherry on top! Well done, Evette, you are so deserving of this award.
