Meet the team
Jeannie started her journey with Bluebird Care (Dunbartonshire) 2015. She is an experienced Manager having dedicated her working life to the Care profession. She has held supervisory and managerial positions in a number of residential and care at home companies, as well as holding the senior carer position for advanced dementia with BUPA. She has completed the SVQ level 4 in Social Services and Healthcare and is in the process of completing her SVQ level 4 management and also SSSC registered. Along with being our resident moving and assisting trainer and also Dementia trainer.
Angela started her journey with Bluebird Care (Dunbartonshire) in 2013. She has a wealth of experience in care provision. She worked for West Dunbartonshire Council Homecare before she started her journey as a care worker and was promoted to Supervisor within her first year of working for Bluebird Care. She was then promoted again to Deputy Manager within a year of being Supervisor. She has recently passed her SVQ level 4 in Social Services and Healthcare and also SSSC registered. Angela is a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to excellent quality care for our customers. She strives to ensure all care staff are encouraged to develop and make sure they are fully up-to-date with modern care methods and techniques. Angela is our resident Medication trainer. She is also involved in the recruitment process.
Adam started his journey with Bluebird Care (Dunbartonshire) in 2016. He comes from a background of care and management within the health and care sector and has the SVQ Level 3 in Management and also SSSC registered. He is responsible for processing rotas and making adjustments, sometimes with short notice, to ensure that we offer a fully flexible, customer orientated schedule. He is also qualified to deliver the Dementia training. He is a valuable part of the management team.
Carly started her journey with Bluebird Care (Dunbartonshire) in 2014 as a home care worker and was delighted to be promoted to the role of Co-ordinator, working alongside Adam. Carly has completed her SVQ level 4 in Social Services and Healthcare and also SSSC registered. Having a good all-round understanding of the needs of our customers and care workers, Carly now offers business support to all members of the management team. This can include; providing IT support, assisting with customer assessments, reviews or scheduling or providing support to care staff. Carly also does the quality monitoring for staff and customers.
