We are also acutely aware that this winter has been particularly challenging with the widespread sickness. It has been a tough time for everyone, yet, in these trying times, your spirit of teamwork and resilience shone brightly.

Your willingness to pick up extra shifts and cover for your colleagues who were unwell speaks volumes about your dedication to our clients and to each other.

It's in moments like these that we are reminded of the crucial role each of you plays in the lives of those we care for.
