Our lovely Care Coordinator, Mandy, has been busy creating some lovely hampers which you can win by entering her raffle.
Our lovely Care Coordinator, Mandy, has been busy creating some lovely hampers which you can win by entering her raffle.
The raffle is being run in order to raise funds for Age Well East (https://agewelleast.org.uk/about-us/). This is a fantastic organisation that seeks 'to support and empower people in later years.'
Mandy is hoping to raise £300, but I've told her that with the support of all the lovely people who follow our Facebook page we can easily surpass that target this year!
