Our Senior Care Assistants

Meet our team of Senior Care Assistants here at Bluebird Care Colchester & Tendring.

We recently promoted Emma Ollife and Adam Wooley to Senior Care Assistants, joining our experienced and friendly Senior Care team. We wanted to reintroduce all of our Senior Care Team.

Senior Carers are key to supporting lesser experienced members of the team, helping them to deliver the great care each customer deserves. Both Emma and Adam are shining examples of excellent care delivery, and join a team with plenty of care expereince and knowledge to share with our care team.

Michelle Jones joined our team as a Care Assistant in August 201 - becoming a Senior Care Assistant in May 2022.

Wendy Wright joined our Colchester team in June 2021 working as a Care Assistant. Wendy then became Senior Care Assistant in the Summer of 2022.

Sara Cherry has been our Senior Care Assistant since May 2022 - before that she has worked as a Care Assistant since June 2021.

Emma joined our team as Care Assistant in May 2019 and Adam has been with us since June 2020 also as a Care Assistant. They have both earned their promotions by consistently providing an excellent standard care and we are very proud to see the rise up the ranks with us.
