We received a lovely email last week from Gina, one of our Care Assistants, who has been with us for 18 months.

Good afternoon Melvyn,

I just wanted to say that I've worked in Care homes, in the community and in day centres since I was 17. I've been working in Care for the past 35 years and have been working with Bluebird Care for nearly 18 months now and been on Rapid Response for 3 months. I'd like to congratulate you with having such a great company I've had many jobs but never been as happy as with this one, all the office staff are so lovely and all the girls I work with are too, its run so well and I'd just like to thank you, it is an absolute pleasure to work for your company and I wear my uniform with pride
