We gather feedback from the people we provide care for in a number of ways and customer reviews on social media, Google and dedicated care websites like homecare.co.uk are one of the most important sources.

Here are a couple of recent reviews that really meant a lot to us because they underline some of the key aspects of the kind of care we're trying to deliver.
