Arthritis Action Groups gives you the chance to have an online chat with others who suffer from arthritis share tips on how to manage it and the ways to stay active whilst at home. The available dates and times are listed below.
North East and Yorkshire: 25th Jan 2pm, 12th March 2pm
Evening groups: 1st March 6pm
