What we do:
At Bluebird Care Caerphillly & Merthyr Tydfil, our utmost aim is to provide the best quality of home care, to those who are most vulnerable in the community. We care for adults of all ages and abilites. Our service can vary from a 15 minute visit every day by one of our Care Assistants to offer reassurance, accompany with medication or to help with household tasks, to more regular and longer visits or even a full time live in Care Assistant.
We work alongside families and individuals to tailor our services to help our customers stay in control of their own care for as long as they are able to. Delivering the very best homecare is our passion, and we strive to achieve this every day.
Bluebird Care started as a small family business in 2004, and today we are proud to be one of the largest home care service providers across the UK. But what makes us different?
We are committed to caring for vulnerable people, in the comfort of their own home. We help with anything from everyday tasks around our customers' homes, through to complex care needs. At Bluebird Care, we appreciate that every customer is unique, and this is why every day will be different.
Living abroad, it is a comfort to know that the Bluebird Girls (as we call them!) are there for my mother. I’ve found them to be very helpful and efficient and, importantly, easy to contact even from overseas. They are flexible too, happy to cancel their visits for a week whenever I’m over visiting
my mother, to let us make the most of our time together. It’s always possible to discuss on the telephone any concerns or issues which might arise for my mother, so I’ve never felt ‘out of the loop’. In the present lockdown crisis, unable to visit, it helps to know these kindly ladies are there.
