"I came to be a career after a friend recommended the role to me. I was a bit hesitant to start but thought why not i'll give it go. 10 years on and I’m still here at Bluebird Care. 
I have met some wonderful people from all walks of life. Caring gives you a real sense of satisfaction and reward. I’ve seen people come and go over the years and sadly customers pass away, this part of the job can be difficult but it is also full of many laughs along the way both with both colleagues and customers. 
Working at Bluebird care is like working with your second family, we have great directors who are so approachable and the office team is so supportive nothing is too much trouble. 
I have thoroughly enjoyed my last 10 years and look forward to many more years" - Barbs
