Care Assistant of the Year - Winner Announced

We're delighted to announce that Amy Gladwin has today been crowned as Bluebird Care Andover & Stockbridge's Care Assistant of the Year 2022! 

Huge congratulations to Amy, who is a friendly, fun-loving lady who absolutely loves her job and has a really bright care career ahead of her. 

To decide on our winner, we compiled a shortlist from our outstanding team, who over the past year have provided incredible support and stood out as the best in care. The whole team then voted for their Care Assistant of the Year, meaning this is very special recognition!

Congratulations to Amy's colleagues who were also shortlisted - Declan, Michelle, Gina and Rebekah. You are all amazing care professionals and we are privileged to work with you!
