Our Values

Let our family look after yours and we promise to:

Strive for excellence in everything we do, go above and beyond what is expected and seek feedback to improve our service so that our customers receive outstanding care they can depend on in the comfort of their own home.

Treat our staff, customers, and families with respect and compassion by listening to and valuing other's opinions and choices, fostering a culture of unclassified and acknowledging each person's dignity and diversity.

Be responsive to the needs and wishes of our customers and families by reacting quickly and professionally to requests, helping us to provide bespoke, person-centred care tailored to each persons's individual requirements.

Provide a service that keeps our customers safe at home by ensuring our staff are rigorously trained and supported so that they are competent in all they do and have robust policies that allow staff and customers to quickly identify and report concerns.

Remember that is a privilege to be invited into our customers' homes and to always act with honesty and integrity.

Award Winning Care

Domiciliary care

Our domiciliary care services provide help at home for the elderly if and when they need it. We create a care plan that allows your elderly loved one to have in-home visits from trained carers day or night and as frequently as they need. Domiciliary care is suitable for those who need help with everyday tasks but are still considered safe to live independently.

Live-in care

If your elderly loved one’s needs exceed that of domiciliary care, and they are no longer able to live alone at home, we provide live-in care services that offer more thorough care services that focus on advanced care needs. This includes 24-hour overnight care for the elderly so that there is consistent support in place, with round the clock care to ensure the maximum safety is granted to your elderly loved one.

Specialialist Services

Our live-in care services also cover specialist services based on the needs of the person that requires support. We have experienced, specially trained dementia and Alzheimer’s staff to ensure that all of your loved one’s care needs are met. We also appointed a Dementia Care Adviser Tamsin Hudson who's specialist advice will help families be better equipped to support those living at home with Dementia.

We also provide services for those with physical disabilities and provide care assistance who are experienced in more physically demanded roles to help your loved one with their mobility and ensure that their physical disabilities do not hinder their quality of life.
