Bluebird Care is a national provider of care in the home. We specialise in working with customers and their families that require social care in their own homes. We offer a unique service of tailored care visits from 15 minutes to full live-in support.

Our commitment to quality and ‘good old fashioned service’ has played an important part in our success. We now have over 130 offices in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Bluebird Care provides over 2.5 million care visits at home every year. That’s over 6,800 care visits to over 3,500 customers each day.

Dementia and Alzheimers Care

700,000 people have dementia in the UK, and the total affected is estimated to reach 1 million by 2021.

Dementia cannot be cured, although there are ways of alleviating symptoms. Bluebird Care has extensive experience of helping those with dementia to lead a full life. When a person with dementia finds that their mental abilities are declining, they often feel vulnerable and in need of reassurance and support. We can help, by providing carers who are highly trained in delivering personalised support – helping to retain a sense of identity and feelings of self-worth.
