Meet the team

Davina (better known as D), has been a nurse since 1976. She has had a wide variety of jobs, both in hospital and the community. For the last 20 years has worked in a local boarding school, working mainly with teenagers which has been both challenging and fun. D really enjoys teaching, sharing knowledge and good practice so that others can benefit from her experience. 

D started working for Bluebird Care in April 2018. She is responsible for training all new staff during their induction program. She also updates current staff to help insure they continue their professional development and they are aware of the latest evidence based information and so insuring a high standard of care for our customers. 

Rachel Joined Bluebird Care Wiltshire North in September of 2020 after 15 years as a GP receptionist in Bradford on Avon.

Her role here at Bluebird is mainly reception, or (as she likes to say) the director of first impressions! But it also undertakes many other tasks including recruitment administration and booking appointments for Gina the chiropodist and Chris the Physio, both of which work out of our office on select days.

She has been married for 24 years and has two grown children and 2 grandchildren.

In her spare time, she enjoys good food, nice wine and a yearly holiday abroad even though she has a deep routed fear of flying! Although she has recently (2022) completed a fearless flier course and will soon be taking her flight. 

She loves cats (she has 4!) and a new puppy and is also a trained Nail technician.

Shepa joined Bluebird Care May 2022. Shepa is married and has two daughters which are very precious to her. She likes making people feel comfortable in her presence and is passionate about her work.

Shepa enjoys cooking as well as eating good food with a glass of wine, and in her spare time she takes part in exercise classes. Shepa is an animal lover, she says "just watching my pet cat can make me happy.

Georgia is our office administrator and joined us in August 2023 in this role. Georgia previously worked at Widbrook Grange as a receptionist and jumped at the chance to join the team to use her experience and expand into the role that is varied and covers so many different growth possibilities.    

“I am really looking forward to expanding my career here at Bluebird Care, Bluebird really appealed to me as there are so many opportunities to learn” Georgia enjoys walks with her family, and spending time at the coast.
