She is fully in charge of the recruitment process and her role is to make sure our customers have the most caring and well trained staff. She joins us with experience of recruitment within the social care industry and is really excited to get started.We decided that in order to meet the demand for our services we needed someone completely dedicated to recruitment. This will ensure that new staff are fully supported throughout the recruitment and induction process.
