New Probationary Care Team Leader Appointed

We have appointed a new team leader to supervise and lead our probation staff.

Sharon Van Der Ster has started a new role to support new care staff out in the field until they have passed their probation. This will help benefit the service we provide. Sharon started out as a carer over eight years ago. She said “It has been the most rewarding work Ive ever done. I have experienced the most amazing things and Ive learnt a whole new set of skills. This work continues to be new and exciting for me. My new role at Bluebird Care is to offer support and to be a mentor for new carers. To have in place a framework which will encourage and retain new carers makes complete sense.”
