‘Excellent’ award from PAMMS Intelligent Care

Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) reveals Bluebird Care Watford & Three Rivers have received an overall ‘Excellent’ score for the care it provides to its customers.

PAMMS is a digital eco-system for social care. PAMMS was initially developed with Association of Directors of Social Services East to support commissioners with their duty of care.

Bluebird Care Watford & Three Rivers is delighted to be awarded an overall ‘Excellent’ score for the care we offer our customers.

Bluebird Care Watford & Three Rivers offers care across Watford including Carpenders Park, South Oxhey and Garston and across Three Rivers in areas including Abbots Langley, Croxley Green and Chorleywood.

The overall rating is compiled through assessments in two overall areas: Domains and Standards.

Out of the five criteria in Domains, Bluebird Care Watford & Three Rivers received an ‘Excellent’ rating for two areas, Personalised Care and Support and Quality of Management. With the other three areas, Involvement and Information, Safeguarding and Safety and Suitability of Staff all achieving a ‘Good’ rating.

PAMMS also rated Bluebird Care Watford & Three Rivers ‘Good’ across the board for our Standards and an ‘Excellent’ rating in Co-operation with other Providers’ and Assessing and Monitoring the Quality of Service Provision.
