Celebrating Excellence in Care

We are thrilled to announce that following a recent internal audit conducted by our head office, Bluebird Care Waltham Forest achieved an outstanding score of 99%! 

Established in 2020 under the leadership of our dedicated Director, Anoop Sekhon, and Registered Manager, Tansy Ridler, our office has consistently strived for excellence in providing domiciliary care services. With a team of 39 people, 32 being carers and 7 office staff, we are committed to supporting our customers to live comfortably and independently within their own homes.

The audit, which took place on 28th February 2024, evaluated various aspects of our operations, including adherence to the new Care Quality Commission (CQC) framework. We are delighted that the audit highlighted our team's adeptness in integrating the new framework, making information more accessible and enhancing the quality of care we provide.

At Bluebird Care Waltham Forest, we offer a range of home care services that aim to meet the diverse needs of our customers. From medication support and companionship to dementia care, cleaning, meal preparation, live-in care, and respite care, we are here to ensure that our customers receive the highest standard of care and support.

Currently, we are privileged to serve 44 customers within our community, and we are deeply grateful for the trust they have placed in us.
