We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in November 2016.

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in November 2016.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on the 16th November 2016, and we were rated as “good” in all aspects of the service. Customers and staff were interviewed by the inspector for their comments on what it is like to receive a service from us, and what it is like to work for us. Here is just some of the lovely feedback we received from our customers;

The staff is good, the care manager is already good to me. I am happy with them.”
The care workers in particular have been exceptional. I would not hesitate recommending Bluebird Care.”
Yes they are caring. They are very good.”
Director of Bluebird Care Waltham Forest, Wendy Edis, commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty, passion and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
