I have been a carer now for just over 4 years with Bluebird of which there have been good times and bad, happy and sad, but most of all extremely rewarding and satisfying knowing that I have played an important part to an individuals life making them laugh and in some circumstances cry with joy.
It has been an education talking and listening to a great variety of characters of both men and women whose lives have been prosperous and those not.
It does not matter where our roots are from we are united and all individual and all contribute to this age of technological change.

I write with reference to your visit with Mahnoor yesterday. I am impressed with Mahnoor's excellent work yesterday. I would like to book Mahnoor now for this extra duty. Mahnoor is a very good worker and it would be a great help to me if she is available every week for the time being.
Gorretty is a brilliant carer that attended mum’s this morning and she was absolutely brilliant and the way she managed to get mum up out of bed washed and dressed and tried to sort out the fallen net curtain, Gorretty was really good. I was really impressed and pleased with how Gorretty was with mum and I would love to say thank you to her.
Our thanks are extended to Karen and the rest of the team for all the support and kindness that mum has been shown, which has never knowingly been unnoticed and we are so grateful!
