What a Year!

We are celebrating our first birthday this month, after an impressive year making an impact in the quality of care delivered in the borough of Hillingdon.
Managing Director Alvin Osei-Tutu said;
We have achieved a great success in our first 12 months and in the main that is down to the fantastic staff that I employ and the excellent service we have been providing. At every level of this business from management to Care Workers – we have totally dedicated staff who consistently go the extra mile and really make a difference to the lives of our customers.
More than 20,000 individual care visits were provided in the first year, with April 2013 alone seeing a phenomenal 3,000 individual visits to people in their own homes.
We have created over 50 new job positions since the start of trading – that’s 45 care staff with a further 5 permanent positions in the office.
Alvin continued;
Our care staff are excellent, always professional and genuinely care for the people they look after. I am most proud of the standard of care we are actually providing to the community. Although we have grown relatively quickly we have managed to maintain the quality customer service throughout.
In addition we were announced as the winner of the Bluebird Care coveted Newcomer of the Year 2012 award at a glittering gala dinner and awards ceremony attended by over 160 Bluebird Care Franchise Owners.
