Since opening in May 2012, we have provided over 63,366 care visits to over 200 customers in the Borough of Hillingdon.

This month Cynthia Osei-Tutu, Rosalind Murray and Margaret Smith join the team as an Office Administrator, Care Coordinator and Care Supervisor, to support the current team of 70 as we continue to build a culture of quality care.

Cynthia re-joins the team having worked previously as a Care Coordinator. As Office Administrator her new role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the team is efficient in terms of service & productivity.

Rosalind comes with 2 years of experience in health and social care. Previously employed as a care worker, she is now charged with the responsibility of managing care workers, making sure all care packages are covered appropriately.

Margaret has been promoted to Care Supervisor, having served as one of the office’s first care recruits. With 3 years of experience, she is responsible for monitoring all care workers ensuring that the delivery of care provided to customers meet the high level of care that we are recognised for.

Director, Alvin Osei-Tutu says:

The added manpower puts us in an even stronger position to meet and exceed customer demands. Cynthia, Rosalind and Margaret are no strangers to health and social care. Having worked with us before, they understand the importance of best practice in home care and allows us to provide greater support in the borough.
