Our survey is specifically designed to assess the overall well-being and opinions of our employees.

We conduct the yearly survey to gauge the satisfaction of our carers, providing them with an opportunity to express their views on our performance and suggest ways in which we can enhance their support.

We are pleased to have received a response rate of 90% and we are delighted with the results.
