'Employee of the Month' for December 2022 has deservedly been awarded to Sharron Giblin.

New to care, Sharron has shown a huge growth in confidence in her new role within Bluebird Care.

After years of debating whether to take the plunge into Health & Social Care, Sharron joined us in November 2022. From the minute Sharron sat down for her interview, it was evident that she was made for this role. Sharron has a naturally caring and bubbly personality, and she has already made an impact on the customers she visits.
