We would like to congratulate Mr Kenneth Hill, this years winner of £50 for our customer questionnaire draw.

Every year we send out quesionnaires to all our customers so we can make sure we are doing the best we can and to gather feedback on the service we provide.

​For us this is not just a paper excercise.  it really is important for us to know if there is anything we can do better.  Because of this, and to encourage people to take the time to fill them in and send them back, we enter all of our customers who return their completed questionairres into a draw to win £50.

​We allow a month to gather them all back in and after two weeks we send out a reminder to further encourage completion.  It was this reminder that Ken acted on, and ended up winnng!!  Well done Ken!
