We are proud to be part of the Living Wage movement as an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means that every member of staff earns over, not just the minimum wage, but the real Living Wage. The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually, based on the cost of living in the UK. We believe that our Care workers deserve a fair day's pay for the care and support they provide on a daily basis in our local communitities. 

Since becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer we have increased our pay rates again in line with todays cost of living and inflation.
