Eleesha Thomas

Care Manager

My name is Eleesha Thomas and I joined Bluebird Care in March 2020. I am the Care Manager for Epsom, Kingston and Sutton and have been working in care since 2009. I have a wide range of experience working with children, adults, nurses, and running a clinically lead team. I am passionate about supporting individuals to be able to stay in the comfort of their own home for as long as they wish to do so whatever their circumstances may be.

Ellie Heatley

Deputy Care Manager

I am Ellie and I’m from Preston in Lancashire and moved to Sutton last year. Before moving to the South of England I was studying my Level 5 in Health and Social care at UCLan. I have worked in care for four years now at a care company in Preston, mainly caring for end-of-life clients. This is my first experience working within a care office environment. Whilst I’ve worked alongside the office-based teams, my experience has mainly been as a student and practitioner. I joined Bluebird Care in September 2021 as a CSS before being promoted to my current position in 2022.

Fay Todd

Care Service Specialist

My name is Fay and I joined Bluebird Care in February. I joined as a carer and quickly developed a passion for ensuring our customers were safe at home. I got on well with the carers and felt I wanted to do more in terms of the carer and customer journey in Bluebird Care. A position came up for the Care Service Specialist role I felt that I could contribute to the branch, and fulfil my passion of supporting the customer and carer journey. I became a Care Service Specialist in July 2021 and have enjoyed the role ever since. In my spare time, I enjoy time fishing with my partner and love being with my family and friends.

Monette Bitanta

I am a scheduler for Epsom, Sutton and Kingston.

Gulled Abdi

Before joining the Epsom-based office team I worked as a care assistant for eight months. I love that my role involves problem-solving as well as building relationships with customers and carers.

I joined Bluebird Care because I like that it is an established and highly reputable organisation. I also appreciate the effective software and systems in place which creates for an enjoyable environment.

Danielle Mackenzie

Care Service Specialist

My role is Care Service Specialist at the Epsom and Kingston branch.

I was new to the industry when I joined Bluebird Care in October 2018 (although I had gained some experience supporting family with the care of my disabled niece). I started my career with the company as care assistant at the Sutton branch, where after a year I became a Mentor.

I enjoy being able to support and make a difference to the individuals we care for. I love the variety of individuals we support. I feel I have a happy balance of supporting customers and care workers. I am also able to support with doing the rotas. My work is my passion, so I really care about the customers and care workers, to ensure they are all supported in best possible way.
