Sally Davies

Care Manager

I am the Care Manager at Bluebird Care Sussex Weald. After joining the business in 2015 I progress onto a mentor role and then Care Services Specialist. In May 2021 I was promoted to Care Manager. Before Bluebird Care Sussex Weald and finding my niche working in domiciliary care, I worked at a disability trust.  I have already completed my Level 3 in Health and Social Care and am now working toward Level 5.

Sue Hudson

I am Sue and I first joined Bluebird Care in 2014 as a care assistant. I was one of the branch’s first mentors and progressed to the role of care coordinator two years later. I had worked as a team leader in a domiciliary setting and became part of a team that set up a community centre and which I managed for 15 years. Completing my level 3 in health and social care has really assisted me in my role with Bluebird Care. The role of Schedule is quite demanding, but I find fulfilment in caring for others and overcoming any challenges.

Courtney Rowe

Care Service Specialist

I am Courtney and I joined Bluebird Care as a care assistant in January 2021, My passion for care lead me to the role of Care Service Specialist in September 2021. As someone new to this particular office-based position, I have chosen (like my colleagues) to complete my Level 3 in Health and Social Care and expand my skills and knowledge of the care sector.

Amy Young

Care Service Specialist

I joined Bluebird Care as a care assistant in 2020, I liked being part of the Bluebird Care team and was offered the opportunity to become a Care Service Specialist the following year. I thoroughly enjoy my role and being part of the team, so much so that I have chosen to extend my experience and skills by studying towards my Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

Jodi Johnson

Care Manager - Live-in (Mid-South)

I joined Bluebird Care in March 2022. My role is to make sure our current and new customers receive safe, excellent quality care and support to help them to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

We all know how daunting it can be to start a new job, but on my first day the welcome I received was amazing, Bluebird Care have been so supportive, I work alongside an amazing team.

Isobel Ware

Care Coordinator - Live-in (Mid-South)

I joined the live-in care team (based in Chichester) at Bluebird Care in June 2021. I previously studied Psychology, Sociology and Business A level at College whilst working as a waitress at a Cafe. I enjoy providing customers with continuity of care with the most suited live-in carer, which is important to ensure they feel secure. As well as this, I like to engage with the carers on a daily basis because this builds valuable and trusting relationships. The reason I like working in care is because it is very rewarding providing a service to support vulnerable customers in staying safe and comfortable within their own home.
