Sue has been recognised and awarded due to her progression and positive influence on customers.
Sue joined the Bluebird Care flock in 2021 and within this time Sue has progressed to Care Mentor where she supports and supervises our new recruits, Sue has also completed the Train the Trainer Dementia Awareness Course, which allows her to deliver person centred Dementia Care training to our team. In October Sue began supporting a new customer who has a diagnosis of Dementia, Sue has made such a positive impact not only to Mrs X but also to her family. Sue has been amazing, she interacts with X really well, X has not read a magazine in months Sue has had her reading magazines, stories colouring and flower arranging. Sue has really made a difference to not only X’s life but ours too.
