'Employee of the Month' for August has been awarded to our Field Care Supervisor Nicolle Taylor.

Nicolle joined our team in April this year and has gone from strength to strength.

Nicolle’s main responsibility within the team is to monitor and review customer care delivery and ensure we are responsive to customers changing needs. Nicolle is dedicated to ensuring all customers receive a positive experience and are supported to achieve their desired outcomes.
