Katie has been a part of our team for 4 months and has shown a huge growth in confidence in her new role within Bluebird Care.
Katie joined us at Bluebird Care in April 2023, having had no prior experience in care. Katie underwent our comprehensive induction training program and has recently completed her probationary period as well as successfully achieving her Care Certificate. During the short time Katie has been with us she has received multiple compliments from the customers she visits, and these are testament to the positive impact Katie has had on the customers she visits.
