We are delighted to announce Keyra Windsor has been awarded ‘Employee of the Month’ for May 2023.

Keyra transferred to us from our Stafford office earlier this year in February and within such a short space of time has made great progress in building relationships with our customers.

During Keyra’s probationary period and as part of our monthly competency checks, she has been observed on several occasions providing excellent care to customers, always gaining clear consent prior to carrying out any given task, ensuring customers are comfortable whilst delivering care as well as following guidance from the customer in order to provide person-centred care.

Keyra always wears a smile and brightens everyone’s day.  Her positive and caring nature makes her not only popular with colleagues, but most importantly with customers.
