We are proud to announce Gillian Gillott is our 'Employee of the Month' for September 2022.

Gill has shown huge growth in confidence and demonstrated an excellent commitment to her role within Bluebird Care.

When Gill initially joined us earlier this year in February, she was full of nerves and self-doubt, having thought  the job wasn’t for her at one point!  We provided Gill with the extra support and shadowing, and she persevered as 7 months later Gill oozes confidence! We regularly receive compliments praising Gill for her caring and attentive nature, and even have customers requesting Gill to be their main carer.
