This month was a special month as we have two winners for our Care Assistant of the Month award! Both ladies have excelled in their roles and proved worthy of the prize!

Sandra is fast approaching 4 years with us.  She was nominated for the high quality of care she provides and the high standard of care she gives, especially when faced with customers with complex needs. Sandra is always committed and is loved by all our customers. Sandra is pictured below with Julie, our registered care manager.

Melanie was chosen for the award because of her consistency, she always delivers and works hard to deliver the highest level of care to our customers.  Melanie works hard to ensure communication to her colleagues is always good and she is always cheerful and is a true team player.  Melanie is pictured below with Naomi our care coordinator.

Both ladies received a gift voucher and certificate each to celebrate their achievement.

Well done both!
