Live-in care process

Here is a summary of how to organise your Live-in care in North East Lincolnshire. What the process looks like and how quickly it will take.

How to organise my/my loved one's live-in care?

The first step is to enquire whether you are in the position of wanting the care or would like to find out more about our services – reach out to us!

The enquiries can be made over the phone, by email, and by website submission. Then our Live-in Team will pick it up and contact you to discuss this further and answer any of your questions.

Once the initial enquiry is made and you have decided to go ahead, you need to determine whether it will be a temporary or permanent service.

Many individuals choose to obtain our services temporarily if, for example, the family are going on a holiday. It gives them peace of mind that their loved one is looked after while away. At the same time, the permanent services are chosen because if the family is living away, their loved one will be constantly looked after and have a companion to be around all the time.

After receiving all the information, you will need to decide if you want to proceed with the care.

If you would, we will book a referral/assessment on which we will chat with you regarding how you would like your care to look. What tasks you would like to be completed by your care assistant, and the general information.

We will then agree on a start day of your care, and that’s it.

The process is straightforward.

We have organised the care before in less than 24h. Therefore, nothing is impossible!
