Plenty of our staff have something to celebrate this month!
Karen Scott, a member of our Ely team celebrated her 1st year with us. Karen has worked so well over the last year and is now embarking on becoming a Care Mentor and we are excited to see what you achieve with us in your next year.
Karen says
I have learnt so much over the last year, have really enjoyed working for Bluebird Care and would recommend to others.
Congratulations to Rhea Pettitt, a member of our Fenland team, for recently passing her probationary period and becoming a fully-fledged Care Assistant. Well done Rhea!

Terri Evans, our Training and Development Coordinator celebrated her 2nd Year with us. Terri started her career as a Care Assistant and then progressed into her role in the training team. Terri has developed and implemented various projects within her role and we are excited to continue this enthusiastic and positive approach with our future projects to ensure our teams are getting the very best training! Well done!
